The Essex County Dental Society has sponsored a building at the Children's Safety Village of Windsor ands Essex County. There will be a sign placed facing Lauzon Parkway on this building. We are running a contest to give the opportunity for a student from Grades 1-12 to compose the message for this sign.

Enclosed are some entry forms and a poster for the contest. Additional forms can be photocopied or downloaded from the ECDS website at www.ecds.on.ca. The contest has been extended and will close April 30th, 2007. The entries are to be sent to the Children's Safety Village at 7911 Forest Glade Dr., Windsor, ON, N8T 3R7 c/o The Essex County Dental Society Sign Contest, where they will be picked up for judging.
Prices will be awarded on May 31st, 2007.

The length of the message is 22 characters and must have a dental theme. There are no restrictions to the number of entries a student can make.

With regard to privacy, the sole purpose for the collection of any personal information on the entry form is to identify the winning students.
